Thank you for taking the time to visit the website. The site has been designed as a resource for our clients and as an introduction to the Alawi Group for visitors, including those of you who may be contemplating dealing with us. I hope you will find what you are looking for in relation to your particular business activity.
Robin Machineries and Equipment was founded in 1976 and was then set it up as a member of the Alawi Group (found in 1971). At that time I saw an opportunity in the area to distribute generators and construction machinery in the Middle East Region given the predicted growth in the local and regional economies especially within Construction and Real Estate.
The UAE government’s cooperation aimed at supporting and developing local businesses was a vital element in our success story. With this in hand, I was able to focus on the business and the strategy I was going to use. My approach has always been to (a) know the product; (b) place my customers first and ensure that they are fully satisfied with every transaction. I instill the same values in all my employees to ensure that our clients continue to receive the same level of service at all times fully meeting their expectations. We have successfully trained professionals ready to provide you with a quality service. We take pride in our product knowledge, positive can do attitude and provide timely delivery. We also consistently set ourselves demanding targets and achieve them as the result of hard work, honesty and strong team attitude - attributes that permeate every strata of our group
I take this opportunity to thank each and every member of Robin Machinery & Equipment team, for making the company one of the leading companies in this field. I would also like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to all our customers who have believed in us, to our suppliers and business partners for their trust, commitment, and support during the past decades.
